Amber is the founder + Head of Marketing at The Marketing WELL, a fractional marketing consultancy specializing in marketing and events.

Amber partners with a range of mission-driven B2B and B2C startups in a fractional and freelance capacity with a focus on building and scaling multichannel marketing strategies, designing high-impact event marketing programs, and supporting brand growth at every stage of the journey.

Amber started her career helping some of the world’s most elite Fortune 100 companies drive growth through data-driven marketing and brand innovation. While pursuing her MBA, she found herself drawn to the energy and pace of startups, where she could be closer to the creative process and help shape companies from the ground up.
